Midlife Reclamation Project
A self-paced program for women who’ve been holding everything together for years and are ready to find themselves again.
What it is.
Eight self-paced modules that move through the work of identity reclamation. This is not weight loss, not wellness, and not a coaching call series. This is you doing the actual work of looking honestly at how you got to where you are now, what you built along the way, what you want to keep, and what you want next.
Each module contains:
A personal essay drawn from my own experience of disappearing and finding my way back
A psychological insight piece that unpacks what’s actually happening underneath, drawing from my PhD background without sounding like a textbook
Reflection prompts that ask you to look at your own life honestly
A practical action — something to do with what came up.
The modules build on each other, but you go at your own pace. Most women move through the program in about two months. Some take longer. There’s no schedule and no one is checking on you. The space between the modules is part of the work.
Who this is for.
You’ve spent years taking care of everyone else — the kids, the partner, the work, the household, the pets. You did it because you loved them and because, well, you were expected to. But somewhere in there, you got crowded out of your own life.
You’re not in crisis. You’re functioning. From the outside, things look fine. But underneath, there’s a quiet “where did I go?” that’s getting louder, and you’re starting to suspect that the answer you’ve been placating yourself with for a while now, “I’ll get back to me when things settle down,” would never happen on its own.
This program is for the woman who’s ready to stop waiting.
What’s inside.
The Quiet Drift — How you got here, and why it wasn't your fault but also wasn't passive
How Did I Get Here? — The math of depletion and why willpower was never going to fix it
Built in the Background — The skills and identity you built during the caretaking years, whether you noticed or not
Sorting Through the Pile — What stays, what goes, and what you're not ready to decide yet
Your Move. — The decision to start participating in your own life again
The World Will Push Back — What happens when you change, and how to hold your ground
Finding the Shoe That Fits — Trying on new identities and seeing what's actually yours
Dream a Little — Building from here, with both engines running
How much it costs.
The regular price for Midlife Reclamation Project is $397. While the program is still new, I’m offering it at $197 to women who want in early. This introductory pricing is available through the end of August, 2026.
If $197 is out of reach right now, email me at kelly@selfreclamation.org and we’ll work something out. I don’t want cost to be the only reason you can’t do this work.
